FAC Technologies · Lead engine for real estate sales
Call the right person for the right reason.
A lead engine built for a real estate consultancy's sales team. It orders the day's leads by a transparent score, explains every score, and drafts a first message only when the firm has a lawful basis to make contact.
Leads are scored out of 100 on channel quality, budget fit, stated timeline and engagement. The rules are visible and adjustable.
A language model helps with qualification and drafting in English, Hindi or Hinglish. It does not decide the ranking.
Every lead carries a consent record. Drafting is refused, with reasons, when consent is missing or withdrawn.
A suppression list overrides everything, and numbers on it are stored only as hashes.
Where it stands
In development, with a first deployment planned for one consultancy.
Whether it becomes a service for other firms is still to be decided.
API keys stay on the server, and the browser never sees them.

What we will not do
Leads come only from channels that carry consent. We do not buy, scrape or use leaked contact lists.
Personal data is handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: lawful purpose, minimal data, retention limits and opt-out.
Outreach must respect TRAI DND rules and email anti-spam norms.
We do not publish accuracy or conversion claims without measured evidence, or name a client without written permission.
